Mission Statement

When writing our company’s mission statement, we decided to address five main components that define our company’s success or failure. Meeting any one of these goals without the other will only lead to instability and prevent us from reaching our highest potential.

We hope this easy to understand format will provide a clear expectation, achievable goals and measurable results to ensure our company’s success for years to come.

We proudly display our company’s mission statement at every branch throughout the state to help guide our employees in their decision making and provide them with a daily reminder of how we measure success.

Our Company:
To become the most respected privately-held commercial landscaping company in the State of Florida.
Our Customers:
To provide a practical, best-of-class alternative to our local, regional and national competitors.
Our Product:To become an industry leader in balancing quality workmanship, outstanding customer service and long-term value.
Our Employees:
To create an environment that attracts and retains the most talented employees in the industry.
Our Shareholders:

To provide consistent, above average returns along with increased year-over-year value without ever jeopardizing the company’s brand or reputation.

Before developing our company’s formal mission statement, we’ve based many of our business decisions on some famous quotes that were included on our old website. Over the years, we received many positive comments about these and thought it would be appropriate to include them on our new website. Today, many of these quotes are still relevant and spoken of regularly by our most tenured employees. We hope that you enjoy them and find ways to incorporate them into your own organization.
