Our management services division provides full-service landscaping maintenance services throughout the State of Florida.  These services include grounds maintenance, horticultural services, irrigation services, enhancement services and arbor care services. 

We maintain a wide variety of properties to include: homeowner associations, community development districts, lifestyle centers, educational facilities, retail shopping centers, multi-family developments, office buildings, industrial parks, corporate facilities, retirement communities and municipalities.

Each of our properties are assigned to a dedicated account manager, who serves as the primary contact for all of the resources that our company has to offer. In addition, we have an incredible infrastructure in place to ensure that we are able to provide our customers with exceptional value, outstanding customer service and quality workmanship. 

All of our fleet maintenance and repairs are handled by highly qualified in-house personel to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.  We have a full-time IT staff to design, develop, implement, support and manage our company information systems.

In 2008, we developed a company intranet site using Microsoft SharePoint technology to centralize our contract data and file management systems, manage our business development activities, administer out-of-contract sales, share financial information and manage our work order management.  This has greatly enhanced our ability to create consistency, remain organized, increase efficiency and closely monitor our progress. 

It's no secret that the landscaping maintenance business is pretty tuff when it comes to staffing, weather, profitability and providing a consistent level of service, but we're confident in saying that no other company is willing to work harder than we are to earn your business every single day.
