Executive Team

Because this is probably one of the most visited pages of any corporate website, we wanted to provide our visitors with something more than fluff and some of the same old rhetoric. Apart from being industry professionals, we’re really just a bunch of regular people – moms, dads, wives, husbands, children, brothers and sisters who work hard every day.

We found that sometimes asking people a simple question can open a window into a person’s heart and soul… in addition to their professional biography, our leadership team was asked to answer one of five questions. Their answers will give you some insight into who they are, how they think and the type of individuals who represent our company.

We have built a dynamic team of industry veterans who share a passion for success. They believe in our company’s reputation and work hard to protect it.  They will do everything possible not to disappoint you… and if they do, they’ll work even harder to correct it. Please take a few minutes and get to know them.

What advice about life would you offer to a newborn child?  My advice to a young child would be to always consider the consequences of your actions. No matter how small or insignificant they may seem at the time, either you or somebody else will be affected. Don’t overly rely on apologies either, chances are that you probably knew you were making a mistake at the time, but chose to do it anyways at somebody else’s expense. Lastly, realize that the decisions you make early in life will determine the opportunities provided to your children and grandchildren. The point is to make responsible decisions that have a positive and meaningful impact and always consider the consequences of your actions.

What advice about life would you give to a newborn child?  Don’t let what you enjoy the most pass you by. Keep an open mind and be realistic. Be humble, the only thing you can count on is that change will happen. If certain doors close, create your own passage. Trust your gut and don’t let your heart confuse you. Take chances while you’re young – when you can afford to mess up. Don’t let anybody take away your optimism, no matter what! Don’t be afraid to believe in something, even when you’re going in alone. Don’t ever give up on your dreams, but be honest with yourself and stick to what’s real. Find what makes you happy and if you can’t – create it!

What advice about life would you offer a newborn child? You only get one chance to go through life, so make the best of it. Remember at all times that you will get out of life only what you put in. Treat others only as you would like to be treated. Family is precious, embrace them, love them, and protect them. You will make mistakes, which is okay, learn from them and don’t repeat them. Your elders have wisdom gained from going through life ahead of you. Sometimes it pays to listen to their stories and the hidden wisdom in them. Believe in yourself because you truly are special.
