The use of this online work order system allows homeowners, tenants and on-site managers direct access to GES for the purpose of submitting a complaint or to make a simple request. By using this technology, we are able to eliminate bottlenecking, increase communication and provide a much quicker response time.
Transparency. All the right people are notified immediately via email whenever a work order is created, updated or closed out. This easily keeps everyone in the loop and not left wondering what happened.
Trackability. Aside from allowing us to keep track of individual work orders, we're able to closely monitor all outstanding work orders for a particular customer, property, branch, or account manager using a dashboard on our company intranet. Automated reminders are also sent out to the account manager and thier direct supervisor if a work order goes ignored for more than 36 hours.
Accountability. For the most part, our account manager's have great intentions and work very hard to keep their customers happy. However, our company's reputation is much too important not to have a safety net in place to catch anything that might happen to slip through the cracks.
