James Smith is an aggressive leader that expects nothing less than excellence. He oversees the entire central region, which represent the company’s largest book of business. James is a great communicator, has excellent organizational skills, always exceeds expectations and never misses a deadline given to him. As far as James is concerned, there is no excuse good enough for poor performance or having an unhappy customer. Everyone who works for James knows that there is only one way of doing things and that’s the right way. James served 12 years in the US Marine Corps and has learned firsthand, the concept of "adapt and overcome." Based in Camp Pendleton, he has had the privilege of serving in Iraq, Korea, Guam, Australia, Japan, Italy, and Panama to name a few.
