Brian Weatherby has worked for Rick and Randy Girard most of his adult life. Having graduated high school with Randy in 1991, he has an incredible amount of knowledge about the company, its history, its customers, its employees and exactly what it’s taken to create one the leading landscaping companies in the United States. His current responsibilities have him overseeing all customer relations for the company. Brian doesn’t allow anyone to forget that keeping our existing customers happy is just as important as bringing in new business. Brian is a true customer advocate! His #1 responsibility is to make sure that our customers are completely happy. Over the past 20 years, Brian has earned much respect from his peers for delivering results, not excuses.
